June 2026 – We are pleased to share two important milestones that further strengthen CROSS’ commitment to efficiency, innovation, and quality in clinical research services.
First, CROSS Research has officially become a Partner CRO of Viedoc™, a leading provider of cloud-based eClinical solutions. This partnership marks an important step in our ongoing commitment to delivering innovative, efficient, and subject-centered clinical research solutions to our clients.
As part of this on-going collaboration, our team has successfully completed the Viedoc Certified Designer Training, gaining advanced expertise in the eCRF design with one of the most intuitive and powerful eClinical platforms available. As a result, our Biometry Unit is now officially certified as a Viedoc Designer.
In addition, we are proud to announce that CROSS completed also for 2026 the CyberVadis assessment and has been awarded the Silver Medal, recognizing our strong performance in cybersecurity and information security management. The evaluation assess key areas including Data Privacy, Data Protection, Business Continuity and Third-Party Security Management. Our overall score was positioned significantly above the CyberVadis benchmark in CRO sector, highlighting the effectiveness of our policies and processes.
